Return & Replacement Policy

At PositEasy, we aim to deliver quality products with complete customer satisfaction. In case you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, our return and replacement policy ensures a smooth resolution.

Eligibility for Return/Replacement

A request will be accepted only if:

  • Raised within 7 days of delivery
     

    • For DOA (Dead on Arrival) / transit damage: within 48 hours.
       

  • Product is unused, in original packaging, with all manuals and accessories intact.
     

  • Serial/IMEI numbers match the invoice and show no tampering.
     

  • Purchase was made directly from the official Positeasy website (India only).
     

  • Clear photos/videos are shared for defect/damage claims

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened/used consumables (e.g., thermal rolls, batteries).
     

  • Products showing physical damage, scratches, dents, or misuse.
     

  • Devices with altered software/firmware, rooted/jailbroken systems, or broken warranty seals (except DOA verification).
     

  • Purchases made from third-party sellers.
     

  • Gift cards, coupons, and free gifts.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

  • Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos.
     

  • Transit damage claims valid only if courier delivery was accepted with a “Damaged” remark.
     

  • Verified cases qualify for free replacement or correction.

Process to Raise a Return/Replacement

1. Contact PositEasy Support (7 AM – 11 PM IST) with:

  • Order ID
     

  • Product details
     

  • Issue description + photos/videos evidence
     

2. If approved, you’ll receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) ID and return instructions.

3. Keep the product in original packaging and ensure all personal accounts are signed out.

Shipping & Inspection

  • Our fault / DOA: Free pickup arranged by PositEasy.
     

  • Customer remorse / wrong order: Customer to self-ship with insurance, at their cost.
     

  • Inspection timeline: Up to 3 business days after product is received.
     

  • Replacement dispatch: Within 2–4 days post verification.
     

  • Refund timeline: Within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

    • COD refunds processed via bank transfer.

  • Rejected cases: Returned to customer with a reason.

Conditions After Return Window

  • After 7 days of delivery, claims will be handled under the manufacturer’s warranty.
     

  • Return/replacement is not applicable on gift cards, coupons, and complimentary items.

Physical Deliveries (Printers or Parcels)

For any physical items such as printers, setup kits, or other accessories shipped along with software purchases:

  • Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of confirmation.

  • Delivery time: Customers can expect to receive their courier within 3 to 5 working days, depending on the delivery location.

  • Tracking details will be shared via registered email or WhatsApp once dispatched.

  • Any delays caused by courier service providers or external factors (such as strikes, natural calamities, or regional restrictions) are beyond PositEasy’s control, but our support team will assist in tracking your parcel.

International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed or stored in countries outside your jurisdiction, including locations with varying data protection laws. In such cases, we ensure compliance with international data protection standards.

Final Authority

  • All return, replacement, refund, or revision requests are subject to verification by PositEasy.
     

  • PositEasy reserves the right to accept, reject, or modify any claim if the eligibility conditions are not met.
     

  • The decision of PositEasy shall be final and binding in all cases.

We may update this Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on the PositEasy Platforms and will take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our Services signifies your acceptance of the updated Policy.
