At PositEasy, we understand that every business has unique needs. That’s why we offer custom orders and personalized solutions for software, hardware bundles, and integrations. To ensure clarity and fairness, this policy explains how custom and tailored solutions are handled.
Eligibility & Scope
Custom orders apply to:

Tailored versions of PositEasy software with specific feature requests.

Hardware-software bundles (e.g., Printers + Tablets + PositEasy software) are created upon customer request.

Integration with third-party services based on client requirements.

Branded or customized tablets and POS devices with your business logo or configurations.
Order Confirmation

A detailed proposal/quotation will be shared after the requirement discussion.

Work will begin only after written approval and advance payment (minimum 50%) is received.

Delivery timelines will be clearly mentioned in the order confirmation.
Payment Terms

A non-refundable advance is required before project initiation.

Balance payment must be cleared before final delivery or activation.

For larger projects, milestone-based payments may be arranged.
Cancellations & Refunds

Once production or customization has started, cancellations are not accepted.

Refunds are not applicable on custom-built software, hardware, or personalized bundles.

If PositEasy cannot fulfill the custom request due to technical limitations, a full refund of the advance will be provided.
Revisions & Adjustments

Minor revisions within the agreed scope will be accommodated.

Any new requirements or major changes will be treated as a new custom order with additional cost and time.
International Data Transfers
Your data may be processed or stored in countries outside your jurisdiction, including locations with varying data protection laws. In such cases, we ensure compliance with international data protection standards.
Delivery & Support

Delivery timelines depend on the complexity of customization.

Customers will be kept informed about progress.

Standard warranty and support terms apply to hardware and software delivered under custom orders, unless otherwise stated.
Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

Custom features developed remain the intellectual property of PositEasy, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

The customer is granted a license to use the custom solution for their business.
Final Authority

All return, replacement, refund, or revision requests are subject to verification by PositEasy.

PositEasy reserves the right to accept, reject, or modify any claim if the eligibility conditions are not met.

The decision of PositEasy shall be final and binding in all cases.
