Digital Products & Subscriptions Policy

This policy governs the purchase and use of software licenses, subscriptions, and digital downloads offered by PositEasy. By purchasing or activating a digital product/subscription, customers agree to the following terms.

Nature of Products

Intangible goods: Software licenses, subscriptions, and downloads are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Customers must review product features and system requirements before purchase.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

Duplicate Transaction – Customer is charged twice for the same order.
Technical Failure – License or subscription fails to function despite troubleshooting with PositEasy Support.
Non-Delivery – Product/license not received within 24 hours of purchase.
- Delivery is deemed successful once the product key or subscription details are sent to the registered email address (including spam/junk folders).

Refunds are not granted in cases of:

Change of mind or accidental purchase.
Software that has already been downloaded, installed, or activated.
Incompatible device/OS due to customer oversight.

Subscription Terms

Subscriptions are recurring (annual, unless specified otherwise).
Customers can manage renewals/cancellations via their PositEasy account or by contacting Support.
Cancellation is effective from the next billing cycle only.
No partial refunds for unused days/months.

License & Usage

Each license is non-transferable and non-exclusive.
Redistribution, resale, or unauthorized sharing of software or license keys is strictly prohibited.
Any misuse will result in license termination without refund.

Final Authority

All return, replacement, refund, or revision requests are subject to verification by PositEasy.
PositEasy reserves the right to accept, reject, or modify any claim if the eligibility conditions are not met.
The decision of PositEasy shall be final and binding in all cases.

Technical support for digital products and subscriptions is available via PositEasy Support (7 AM – 11 PM IST).
Customers are encouraged to contact support for troubleshooting before raising refund requests.
